2a What Is The Best Way To Manage My Clients?

1. You can either add each additional client as a team member, and log in each time for each client and only give the client access to their own accounts.
or
2. You can add all of their social accounts to the "master" account and create specific smart inboxes for each client.

A lot depends on whether or not you want the client to have access to the dashboard as well.

First step is to add all of the accounts to the master account so you can then filter or give permission.

You may want to leave the "master" account as more of an admin, and even set yourself up as a "user". Or just make a smart inbox and do it all out of the admin.  It's up to you!

Once all your client's profiles are added to the Master Account, you will be able to produce downloadable reports for your clients using our analytics.

How To Remove Team Members:

If you no longer want a user on your account, you can un-tick all of their permissions. More control over this will be released in time.

Smart Inboxes really are powerful tools for interacting with social media, there are a whole plethora of things you can do with them,
