How To Use Dotted Content In MarketMeSuite

What is Dotted Content and how can it benefit you?

Dotted Tweets are unique to MarketMeSuite! They allow you to organize your tweets and/or team using Dotted Content. Perfect for small teams as you can give each member a colour and then assign their colour to Tweets that are accountable to them! It’s such a great tool to help you organise your content and team according to their field.

It’s excellent if you’re flying solo too! You can add a colour to work related tweets, tweets from friends, your favourite people etc. There really is no limit to what you can do with them, it’s simply a great way of organising your tweets!

How Does It Work?

Dotted content is so easy and wonderful that you will be finding reasons to use it!

In this example we will be dotting tweets mentioning MarketMeSuite.

So, to start, locate a tweet that you want to document. Once you have the tweet, all you need to do is click on the small grey circle underneath it:

From there you will see a small selection pane of colours. All you need to do is pick the colour of your choice. We have selected green in this example:

Once the colour has been selected, you will now see the dot below that tweet change from grey to chosen colour!

Now all you have to is go into the Dotted Tweets section via the left hand tool bar:

From there, you will now see all your selected tweets in order of colour! So as you can see from the image, all of our selected green ones with our @mentions are together, blue shows MarketMeSuite team member tweets:

And there you have it. So simple and such an easy way to organise important tweets and delegate them to your team via colours. Organisation has never been so easy and colourful! :)
